A Holistic Approach

Caring and Friendly therapist. Using a blend of Brief (Solution Focused) Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Mindfulness techniques that gets results. Each session is tailored specifically to you to reach the desired goal.

In French and English

Sessions are available in both languages. I am a native French speaker so I can adapt the session if you find it easier in your own language. Sessions can be done in person in Sussex and London. or by Zoom for the rest of the UK and International clients.

Wherever You Are

Sessions are available in person in Haywards Heath, Hassocks, London or Internationally by Zoom. These days, all you need is a good Wi-Fi connection and we can organise your sessions from anywhere. It' so easy!
