Corporate wellbeing

 

One to One sessions:

Bespoke sessions to help navigate anxiety and stressful feelings, enhance wellbeing, calm, energy and focus.

Sessions incorporate Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness exercises, Hypnotherapy, Breathing and movement depending on the person’s needs.

The sessions can be tailored to anxiety, fears and phobias, addictions, performance anxiety etc.

Appointments can be in person or done online.

The sessions come in packages 0f 3, 6, 9 or 12 sessions.

 

Small group sessions: 

Sessions include breathwork, hypnosis relaxation, mindfulness, gentle movement.

The sessions allow to pause and recharge physically and mentally, bring a sense of calm and clarity, uplifting moods, improving focus and overall wellbeing.

Small groups can be from 2 to 6 people.

Best done lying on a yoga mat, although it can also be done sitting on a chair if not possible.
