Through the years I have seen clients in person or via video call and in my experience it makes no difference to being face to face. Since we have no choice but to keep distance at the moment, online sessions are easy and a great option if you are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, fears or even habits that you are struggling with right now.
I use a mixture of techniques from solution focused therapy, hypnosis, EFT and mindfulness to help you change or lower the anxious or overwhelming thoughts or habits.
